The Head Start Community Program of Morris County recently welcomed Honorable Analilia Mejia for a visit to its headquarters, providing an opportunity to highlight the life-changing impact of Head Start programs on children and families throughout the community.

During the visit, Representative Mejia met with program leadership, staff, and families, gaining firsthand insight into the comprehensive services and educational opportunities that Head Start provides. The visit also celebrated the dedication of early childhood professionals who work every day to prepare children for lifelong success.

The event was further enriched by remarks from Blair Hyatt of the National Head Start Association (NHSA), who shared words of encouragement with the leadership team and emphasized the importance of continued advocacy and collaboration to strengthen Head Start programs nationwide.
