The New Jersey Head Start Association is pleased to share that we recently hosted a successful ECERS-3 training from November 18-21.

This intensive training provided participants with a deep understanding of the ECERS-3 scale, focusing on reliability performance based on the 3 out of 4 highest scores achieved each day. We’re proud to report that all three participants, who were new to the scale, expressed significant learning gains throughout the week.

We believe this training will contribute to enhancing the quality of earlychildhood education programs across our state.
